Josie is recovering from drug addiction

Josie knew she had a problem when she stole to buy a fix.  She comes from a good family who brought her up to know right from wrong and when she realised what she had done she knew she had gone too far.  Luckily her family understood and are now helping her recovering from drug addiction.  She went to a rehabilitation clinc where they helped her through the initial detox and withdrawal.  They also keep in touch and help with any issues or follow up that needs taking a look at.  Josie realises how lucky she is to have a family who cares and that is supporting her.

What are Friends For

Once I figure out my class registration for UIC, I will need to find a place to live.  I have been looking through some chicago apartment guides, but I haven’t found anything that fits in my budget.  Some friends of mind that live there said that I could stay with them if I don’t find anything by the time that classes start.  I hope that it does not come to that, but I am very thankful for their offer.  I am sure that if the tables were turned, I would do the same thing for them.  That’s what friends are for. 

Inspector Courses Gave Me Great Job Security

I have worked as an electrician for many years, and now that my body can’t handle the physical portion of the job, I decided that I wanted to go into the administrative aspect of the trade. I did some research and decided to take some Inspector Courses online so that I could still work within the trade, but in a less physical capacity. I completed the necessary coursework easily, and now I can inspect the final electrical work at construction sites. I am working full time, and since every project needs a signed inspection, my job security is excellent! I am so glad that I did this.

Eating healthy

Today was a long day. I really accomplished alot. Spent some time with my dad. Helped him clean the garag a little. Chilled with some friends and also went to the gym. When i got home I drank my traditional post workout protein shake. It was delicious, and then went to take a family protrait. At some point during the day something hit me. I passed up on pancakes this morning for some healthy eggs. I really felt good about myself afterward. But I was thinking about it later and I realized that really the only way to live a healthy life and to stay physically healthy was to start eating healthy food for a better diet. Someone can be working out every day but if your only eating junk and garbage then nobody will ever lose the fat.

My surprise

I was surprised when an old friend of mine and her new husband invited me to their house-warming party. They unexpectedly move in the same neighborhood I was living in. I had no time to go to the mall to buy a house-warming present so I decided to order online.As I was browsing through online boutiques, I came across some great gift ideas. I was browsing through some cheap coffee makers when I found the perfect gift. I know my friend and her new husband met she bumped into him in front of a coffee vending machine in the hospital where she works. A coffee maker is simply appropriate for them.
