Well the answer lies with the credit card companies they want to keep people in debt for the entire lives and they have devised a way to do just that. This is the monthly minimum payment, a process of paying for decades and losing thousands each year to interest alone. Thank God there are credit card debt reduction companies that can get people out of debt quickly and save them money instead of give money to the greedy credit card companies.
