I wrote an article exposing exactly what will ahppen when you buy a short sale . Too many real estate agents let their clients think that its a piece of cake, just because they want the sale. I am a loan officer and so I personally know what the buyers are going through and I think that they should be warned ahead of time.

I am not against buying a short sale, I’m just against not knowing what to expect before your into it neck deep. I feell like its a lot easier if you know whats coming than if your lead to believe it’ll be easy and find yourself in a nightmare. Please read it and pass it on!

I travel a lot for work, and I pass the time by watching television. My favorites to watch are celebrity reality shows, and it is a fun escape to see what goes on in their daily lives. One night there was a mention of a Kim Kardashian blog, and I went online to see what it was all about. I had a great time reading about what she and her family were up to, as well as other celebrity news. Now I take my laptop with me whenever I travel, and I stay caught up with everything in the celebrity world. The blogs are always so fun to read!

Phone Book Target Practice

One of my favorite things to do is shoot guns. I have many different types, and on any given Sunday, you can find me with my friends at government draw (public land near our town), shooting guns. The last time we went, we took a bunch of phone books I had stole out of the recycling bin at the dump. Man, those are fun to use for target practice! Depending on the caliber of gun you use, the bullet sometimes gets caught in the pages instead of going straight through. So when you shake it, bullets fall out. It’s pretty wild seeing a bullet after it has hit something.

Pastry Has Gotten Jungle Fever

Yes, I said it they got Jungle Fever all right. Vanessa and Angela Simmons have designed a line of Giraffe Printed lowtops for the Pastry Shoes collection.  I must say after seeing these I fell in love.  My fave are the White Giraffe Glam Pie Lowtops.  They are the best color combo in the whole line up.  They have a bit of diva style that fits this diva perfectly.  I like that they will go from school to the a night out with the gal pals so easy.  Pastry has always been good to me style wise. It is never too hard to find a color combo that will make me happy. I just wanna say keep ‘em coming girls cause my baby sis loves ‘em too.
