Believe What you Read in a Colon Cleanse Review

If you are like most people, you will read a colon cleanse review and think to yourself “This person is whacked.”  Let me tell you, I was one of those people.  After years, and yes I mean years, of suffering from sinus headaches I went to a naturopath.  It was my last resort.  One of the first things she wanted me to do was have a colonic done.  Well, let me tell you, that just wasn’t going to happen.  She then suggested a colon cleansing program.  While I wasn’t all that happy about it, I did try it, and did follow her instructions.  In a matter of two weeks I was headache free for the first time in years!
