Focus on a Proper Six Pack Abs Plan

To get your six pack of abdominals you must focus on doing some great ab exercises.

Start your abs plan by doing some cardio. It should be light cardio. this is only to get you in the fat burning zone that you should be in to lose fat fast.

Between this and diet I would say that your eating habits are more important for burning the belly fat. Be sure to do it well.

Eat healthy natural foods for most of the time. Some effective ab exercises should include reverse crunches and swiss ball sit ups. These will work very well.
