While crunches are the primary exercise for obtaining those rock hard abs, there is other strength training for women that works just as well. Some people buy the ab lounger, others lift weights. You may also try doing some basic exercises. Put yourself into a push up position. Make sure your back is flat and that you are looking at the ground. Now, just stay there for as long as possible. Pull your belly button in as far as possible and don’t forget the need to breathe. When you can’t hold it any longer, come down to all fours. Try this a few times, you’ll see a difference.
