People have different passion on how they deal with running techniques. There are many different running techniques in addition to our natural one such as Pose running and chi running. The promoters of the different techniques make many claims for the benefits of their method. There is no evidence which is the best way to run. What on the benefits is that it gets twisted by the promoters of their technique to make it look as though it proves that they are right. The passion that these people have is commendable, but the passion does get in the way of rationale discussion and debate about Chi Running Techniques.
