It Was Important to Her

When my wife came home from the store and told me that she wanted us to go on the medifast diet, I freaked out. I didn’t want to change my eating patterns any more than we already had.  She explained to me that our eating plans were just not working for her, and she wanted to make some real changes. I asked her if there was anyway that we could just have her be on it, and she told me that it wouldn’t work unless we did it together.  I told her that if it was that important to her, then I would do it as well.
