Please can you make my nose smaller?

Now that I am an adult, I want to have my nose made smaller. My parents would not let me do anything when I was younger and I was always embarrassed about how big it was. I really wish they would of let me go to a Kansas City Cosmetic Surgeons office years ago. I got teased all throughout school. I cannot wait to have something done, and it has to be done before I start college so I do not have to explain to everyone what I had done. At least now I can do it in the summer so I am all set to go in the fall.
