Negative stress is the most destructive force in your life when it comes to many areas.  Well that is the case when it comes to weight training especialy.  Lets face it you will ecounter stress on a daily basis in some form or another every day.  These things may include, smokeing, drinking,thinking negative thoughts,arguing, and lack of sleep.  This will reduce the amount of testosterione produced by the body,and boost the amount of cortisol it produces.  Cortisol will only prove to boost the amount of fat your body produces.  Staying depressed for long periods oftime will also do this to you.
