Using Spray Foam Insulation Kept the Moisture Out

When we finally got our money together and found the perfect lot to build our dream home on, we only had one other major hurdle, the fact that the ground in this area is wet. We were concerned about moisture in the basement, especially since we were building a split level home and would be living down there too. Our contractor suggested that we use spray foam insulation to prevent moisture and mold from attacking us. I guess it was a good idea because it’s now been three years since we moved in, and we have had no moisture problems whatsoever. I love our home, even our charming basement quarters.
