Wondering What to Say for Best Mans Speech

I can hardly believe that my pesky little brother is old enough to get married and actually found someone to put up with him, but he did! He was nice enough to ask me to be his best man. Now, I am wondering what to say for my best mans speech. I want to say all of the right things and make sure to tell him and his future wife how much they mean to me. I figure that this is one of the only times that I will get the chance to do something like this and I want to get it right.
