Wondering if Reverse Phone Detective Can Help Me

I have been getting a bunch of hang ups lately. It drives me crazy because I rush to get the phone and then when I answer it there is no one there. I have caller id but have not been able to figure out whose number it is. I am wondering if Reverse Phone Detective could help me track the numbers down. I have been looking online but I think I need something more than just the basic searches. I am going to look for some reviews on it and if it looks good, I will go ahead and sign up and hopefully figure this out.
