An Open Door Policy

I work as a counselor in a local middle school. It is a very hard age for a lot of kids, and I have tried really hard to get them to trust me. Kids will come in all the time to just talk, and that it the way that I like it. One of the most common things that we talk about are the signs of flirting. Hormones are really starting to hit the poor kids this age, and for the first time they are starting to pay a little bit of attention to the other gender. My door is always open for them to talk.
