Successful Women Are Great Leaders

They are honorable that by example they lead and are not questioned on the basis of their decisions. They implement rules without thinking on how their followers would return favor to them.
Take for example on successful women, leadership is not dominated by men only. Women also has skills on becoming great leaders. A good leadership isnt based on gender, but the will to make productive changes to the general population.
