Everyone enjoys receiving packages in the mail. Even though you know what is coming, it still feels like you are getting a present. With that feeling you can only imagine the disappointment that is felt when you don’t receive it on time. Usually when this happens people like to complain, who wouldn’t. It’s good to know who you should complain to. The fulfillment department handles the pick pack and shipping of your products. Being that the pick pack and shipping aspect of the company makes up the fulfillment process, if it is known that a company doesn’t not have a good fulfillment department, expect delays.
