Last time I was on my travels Mexico I ran into someone who had a problem because they could not speak Spanish to communicate with the staff at the hotel we are at. I was talking to this person and asked what she needed and she told me she needed to call home but her phone in her room wasn’t working. I told her that she could use my phone however she said that she had a calling card that was not working and the person she was talking to did understand what you were saying. She did have a bit of an accident as she was from Europe.
